School Chairs
Metal construction made of round or oval steel tubes of 22-38 mm in diameter, wall thickness 1.5-2.0 mm, without creased curves, designed to be stable, firm and resistant to bending and deformation. The protection of the construction was performed by electrostatic painting – color plastification proposed by the customer. There are plastic caps of the corresponding hardness at the ends of the structure. The chairs can be folded onto each other. Seat and back are made of multilayered beech veneered panels, anatomically shaped d = 7/8 mm, natural colors, protected by waterproof transparent lacquer, joined for al-block construction with rivets. Chairs are manufactured according to different age standards in accordance with customer requirements.
School Benches and Desks
Metal construction made of round steel tubes with a diameter of 25-40 mm and 40 x 20, wall thickness1.5-2.0 mm, designed to stand upright, firm and resistant to bending and deformation.
The protection of the structure was performed by electrostatic painting – the coloration of the color whichproposed by the customer. There are plastic caps of the corresponding hardness at the ends of the structure. Work panels of refined chipboard, both sides, protected by ultrapasus 0.7 / 0.8 mm, edges of the panels are of slightly rounded laths – beechwood massive. Board of total thickness 19-22 mm.Sub-panel and plywood panel are mutually protected with the appropriate melamine, the edges of the panelscanted with ABS tape 1 mm. The desks are made of the same materials as the benches with one, two or three key drawer units. Benches are manufactured according to different age standard in accordance with customer requirements.
Wardrobes
Wardrobes are made of high-quality chipboard coated with a melamine foil total thickness of 18 and 25 mm. All edges of wardrobes (including shelves) are canted with ABS edge tape 2 mm. The back is made of MDF thickness 3 mm and both are lacquered. The glass doors are transparent, 6 mm thick. Door wardrobes are equipped with a two-key lock.
There are wing door variations available, in combination with chipboard and glass, cabinets for files and exhibitsor by the customer’s choice.
